斯宾塞、“冰箱”弗里奇、贝瑟尼和玛莎是一所高中的问题学生，这一天，他们因为不同的错误被留堂。在一间堆满旧垃圾的储藏室里，斯宾塞发现了一台古老的游戏机。四人原本想放松一下，却不料却被吸进了游戏机里。在危险重重的尤曼吉热带丛林中，少男少女们先后化身为永石博士（道恩·强森 饰）、弗尔兹·芬巴尔（凯文·哈特 饰）和奥伯龙教授（杰克·布莱克 饰）……杰克·布莱克（杰克·布莱克 饰）和铁拳鲁比（凯伦·吉兰 饰），他们必须遵守游戏规则，突破邪恶博士的阻挠，将宝石放回原处，恢复尤曼吉的和平，这也是他们重返现实世界的唯一途径。 毒蛇、猛兽和纠缠不休的暴徒为四位玩家带来了一场难忘的冒险经历……
