命运规划局的简介
本片改编自菲利普·迪克的短篇小说《命运调整小组》。 天生就适合在政治舞台上崭露头角的大卫·诺里斯（马特·达蒙饰）是政坛上冉冉升起的新星。在信心满满地竞选纽约州参议员期间，他意外结识了美丽的芭蕾舞演员爱丽丝（艾米莉·布朗特饰），两人一见钟情。就在两人感情深厚的时候，大卫突然被一群身穿黑色西装、头戴黑帽、戴着墨镜的神秘人绑架。这群自称隶属于联邦人类命运调整局的人告诉大卫，他注定会成为总统，爱丽丝将成为举世闻名的编舞师，他们的爱情将让他们的未来化为泡影。命运调整局想尽一切办法阻止两人再次见面。得知真相的大卫会追寻梦想，放弃爱丽丝吗？还是会为了真爱与命运调整局展开斗争？
